3 CUPS FRESH RICOTTA CHEESE1 CUP SUGAR IN THE RAW1 TSP VANILLA1 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES1 CUP DRIED FIGS
IN A BOWL, MIX RICOTTA AND VANILLA. SLOWLY STIR IN THE SUGAR AND FOLD IN THE DRIED CRANBERRIES AND FIGS. BAKE @ 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES AND SERVE. |
